Changing behaviors in Thailand

Submitted by on Thursday, 30 December 2010One Comment

It’s New Year Resolution time and the time of year, also, where we hear of people’s plans, hopes and dreams for 2011.

Whether this includes losing weight, learning a new language, getting organised at work or improving your relationships, all of these goals demand a change of behaviors to work.

The experience for many people (not only in Thailand) is for a huge initial burst of willpower, some actions taken, and then by the end of January… nothing!

So how can we make our change of behaviors stick?

One way is to sign up for Productivity Factor (of course we would say that!)

In the meantime, you may be interested in this slideshow created by Stanford Persuasive Lab, which emphatically spells out the Top 10 Mistakes in behavior change.
