Steve Jobs on the customer experience

Submitted by on Thursday, 30 August 20125 Comments

Steve Jobs knew a thing or two about creating a compelling customer experience. Here he is on video back in 1997 explaining some key elements of the Customer Experience:

1. Start with the customer experience and work backwards.

2. Begin with a vision first (starting with the customer), and then try to build the Tech to match that (be Outside In not Inside Out!).

Enjoy the video and be sure to subscribe to our blog here!
