The Leadership Challenge enables participants to identify their Leadership style through the LPI (Leadership Practices Inventory) as well as:

♦ How to Model the Way with clear examples

♦ How to inspire a Shared Vision and gain buy-in from team constituents

♦ Discover how to Challenge the Process constructively

♦ How to Enable others to Act and Encourage the Heart

The Leadership Practices are based on over 20 years research in 34 countries as to what team constituents expect from their leaders

Included in the seminar:

a free LPI™ assessment for each participant
