The resulting inaction may be seriously depriving companies of opportunities or slowing down team performance.

One way managers can deal with this is to redouble their efforts at empowering their people, thereby boosting morale and tracing a path to individual and team accountability.

The Accountability Experience

The Accountability Experience is a one day seminar which we are offering free to our customers and subscribers.

This training program outlines a 3-step process to accountability:

• Claiming ownership of a task (Responsibility)

• Taking personal action to complete the task (Self Empowerment)

• Answering for the Outcome (Accountability)

With the notion of accountability often associated with blame, guilt and ‘politics’, The Accountability Experience shows participants how they can take responsibility for the outcomes of their own choices, behaviours and actions, avoiding these traps.

It also demonstrates how they can cultivate team accountability through empowering others.

We will be holding this seminar at some time before the end of December.
