The position any of us hold in an organisation confer on us certain rights. Some of us may think that, when we get promoted, we will have greater leadership capability, because of those rights.
However, what happens sometimes is that managers, on being promoted, lead only by their position – meaning that their employees follw because they have to, not because they want to.
