One of the least likeable tasks in management is that of giving and receiving feedback. In Thailand, where face is often a barrier to communication, this can make managing the feedback loop even more of a sweat. So what can we do about it?

Ed Muzio from Group Harmonics has made this excellent video here that explains what you can do to defuse the impact of negative feedback, using the S.A.R.A.H  approach.
